Climate Change Legislation for Manitoba

On April 11, 2008, Manitoba introduced Bill 15 The Climate Change and Emissions Reductions Act. The new legislation will require the province to meet Canada’s Kyoto target for 2012 and set long-term goals for 2020 and 2025.
